Meet our Leadership
Co-Founder
Ben Jones
Ben has over 20 years of experience as a Finance Director and CFO, leading finance and IT teams in organisations like The Summer Berry Company and Natures Way Foods. He previously worked for Unilever for 23 years in various countries.
With a BSc in Agricultural Science and CIMA training, Ben has experience driving change programmes, leading teams of up to 40 FTEs, and providing business partnership to fellow directors, NEDs, and Chairmen. He is deeply committed to sustainability and global responsibility of businesses to the environment.
Co-Founder
Richard Bonn
Richard has 23 years of leadership experience in fresh produce and farming businesses. He has expertise in global supply chains and a proven track record of delivering commercial success for retail and foodservice customers.
As a director of The Summer Berry Company, he developed their ESG framework and is an alumni of the Chartered Institute of Sustainability Leadership. He is also a qualified mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.
With vast of experience in the world of food & agriculture, we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Our team is dedicated to providing solutions that are grounded in insight and practical experience. We work closely with our clients to understand the unique challenges and goals of their individual businesses.
